Stripe equity package?
Heading into interviews with Stripe soon (Marketing). I assume comp will come up, and given that the base salary range is posted on the site (though it's a pretty wide range), I assume most of the negotiation will be on the equity front. Any idea whether there's a standard equity package based on level or % of base? Please feel free to DM if you need more info. Thanks!

Stripe has two kinds of equity — ARG (annual recurring grant) and PEG (performance equity grant). The numbers vary by your level, experience, and negotiation ability. ARGs vest annually. PEGs are on a different vesting schedule.
