Stripes, why the terrible WLB reviews?
Accepted an offer from Stripe last week. What advice would you give to an onboarding employee to help them navigate the waters of Stripe and avoid becoming one of those who end up leaving poor reviews because of the poor WLB? TC: 232 (excluding equity) #stripe

I haven't worked at Stripe, but in my experience with fast paced, high workload jobs, you just have to get comfortable with doing an ok job, not a great job. Do most of what's asked of you, but not everything. Figure out what has the least pressure and procrastinate on it, while you get the more important priorities done.
