Comcast the cable provider and now home security provider had 2 apps : Home app: to control devices , cameras and security Xfinity app: to check account and stuff. Now when I open the Home App it says that feature has moved to Xfinity app. When I open the Xfinity app it says those features are not ready as yet . When I call customer support they say those features are being built and that they are merging the features in to 1 app. Why the hell do they disable the features in the original Home app if the other app is not ready ? I really hope some heads roll in Comcast. Stupid customer service and stupid HI. #comcast
You'd have to be real ignorant to think Xfinity for anything would be a good choice. Not to say any other option is better but they consistently top the list on worst companies to be a consumer of.
