I had a bad interview 2 weeks ago with Meta, but want to apply for other roles that I am actually a better fit for. Iโm ready to move on and Meta sound exciting. The recruiter actually invited me to keep applying to other roles when she rejected me, and yesterday I got 4 notifications of recently posted roles that I actually would be a better fit for, I am thinking of applying to all four. Is it too soon? I know there is a freeze but these roles actually posted yesterday morning (while surprisingly the one I was interviewing disappeared) I take accountability for the bad interview, I agreed to interview at 5.30pm (usually I prefer first thing in the morning) after a tough and busy day at AMEX. Also they called me for a role that I wasnโt the best fit for It was on my area of expertise but more analytical while I do more business strategy. So naturally I wasnโt at my peak. And not put excuses but the interviewer didnโt have a great attitude, cutting me off mid questions and asking follow up questions on things that I already answered and he wasnโt really paying a lot of attention . To add on top, he was on speakerphone, very hard to listen clearly and his camera was auto focusing every 20 seconds very distracting. Anyways recipe for bad interview. 7YOE TC 150K Biz strategy/Non-tech
