Superior always has a problem.
My superior is always telling everyone what the problem is and doesn’t help in creating a solution. Every time you bring anything to him he says “well the problem is...”. I feel like it is killing the company slowly. I actually work for the sister company so I am not tied to them and I have been working towards building our company. Last year we grew 35%. How would you handle a superior that is always about the problem and never about the solution?
Its the companys problem, dont get too attached as long as you are doing well. Company doesnt think much when they wanna fire you.
Have you tried shitting on his desk to assert dominance?
Start with not calling him superior.

So do your job and come up with a range of solutions with a recommendation for which one is best? Ask what he would recommend when he presents a problem? Everything at work pretty much starts with a problem. I don’t see what the issue here is.
Superiors are not there to give you solutions. They are their to guide you to the answer
Don't deal with him. Find someone, who can help you.
