I have a bachelor's in biology, a master's in a field that includes economics, policy, data analysis, GIS, and ecology. I have experience teaching, working as a chemist, a biologist, and writing safety programs for a large food manufacturing company. I'm interested in getting a job in tech. I'm minimally experienced with some programming languages, but have no trouble learning quickly, and I have an analytical mind. Any recommendations for where to look for work? I think you should go learn some JavaScript and apply your gis (I assume this is geography info sys) into mapping software. Use open maps or google maps api for projects and you should be able to hop in
