I have been a programmer analyst for 5 years now, mostly working on the MSFT stack. I have some experience in web development using the .NET framework (building stand-alone web-form apps and MVC apps), and some reporting, dashboarding, database experience in SQL, Tableau, Power BI etc. I have started preparing for tech interviews for software developer positions - mostly just doing leetcode and some system design and behavioral questions. However, I'm wondering if I can switch to mobile development space? How difficult is it to make the switch, especially given that I have no prior experience? How different is the interview process from regular generalist dev interviews? Do they ask leetcode, system design questions in these interviews? Are there any additional rounds? Any online study resources / websites recommendations that help crack mobile dev interviews? Lastly, what is the market demand for such roles, compared to full-stack/back-end/front-end roles? Is it a wise move? Appreciate any advice. Thanks! TC:🥜 #engineering #software #swe
