Switching Teams At Facebook?
How easy is it to switch teams at FB, particularly for M1 roles? Is there a time limit? Amazon used to require 1yr before switching, but now you can switch any time, provided there's an opportunity. What's the policy at FB?

1 year for first year and if you get a meets most rating you can’t move without exceptions

the problem is, not many m1 positions. even staff engineer position is rare.

So everyone is an IC?
For new hire I think 1year. But otherwise I've seen people switch if things don't work out.
