3 years in faang, no interviews
I’ve been at Google for quite a while and Im looking to move out of Google. However because i’ve been Google for so long, Im less familiar with what’s out there (Kafka, Kinesis) for example. What are some system design resources out there, in exchange I can help answer some questions for Google Interviews- just nothing proprietary (please DM me). Thank you in advance.
Checkout grokking the system design interview and advanced system design in educative.io. If you got time, DDIA(Designing data intensive applications) is a good book
Start with basics and try to go through grokking system design examples. I was able to download a pdf copy of the course for free. Also regarding Google phone/onsite interviews is Google tagged leetcode questions sufficient ?
Which companies are you targeting?

Amex gave good resources. I’d also recommend the book “designing data-intensive applications”
