How do you like your jobs, those you work with, the culture, benefits, etc?
T-Mobile Digital - A very toxic organization stay away. Bad leaders, process cr$p and no real growth opportunities

It’s pretty good in my opinion. Good work life balance, new technology exposure, great leadership (depends on your org though). The only downside is it is not the best in pay vs other big tech companies which boost their packages with stocks.
Which makes sense because T-Mobile isn’t a tech company
Completely depends on the organization
+1
Boils down actually - great org but team sucks then work sucks. Org sucks but strong manager and great work - life is okay.
Reorg often. Still have not grown out of the merger aftermath. People are generally collaborative. Definitely not tech but have recently hired leaders from Apple, Amazon etc.
Local team good but sorry sr leaders brought in or promoted after failing at competitors. Meaningless activity targets to satisfy inexperienced sr leaders who would rather look at dashboards instead of engaging with employees and customers. Oh and absolutely stupid quotas.
Stay away from ops under amie and her narcissist leaders
I've had a mixed bag. It depends a whole lot on the org. One time I faced disability discrimination with HR airing my business to everyone. That was the shitiest thing I've experienced. Other than that situation though I've had it pretty good. I now have a great manager and team, PTO is really good, my pay is actually pretty good as well. I'm happy with where I'm at.
Yes it all comes down to ORG you are in.
I like it. I’m on the Cyber side of the house. There is good and bad but you can’t beat the WLB
Pretty happy with WLB. Good internal tech stack for SDE. Growth opportunity is also good internally. Culture has definitely declined after merger with Sprint. Pay is the only downside imo.
Good internal tech stack? Lol, where?
