The man I love hates me because I’m Vietnamese
T-Mobile has been charging me on family plan for a number no one used for the past 2-3 years. No one signed up for this number. The total charges are >$ 3k and customer service is giving us the run around. There's not even a service email, they just say they'll call us back and never do. What can we do here? Is there an email we can escalate to? Small claims court?
Contact them on xitter They are much more knowledgeable and helpful than phone drones.
Tnx
I let a family member modify my T-Mobile account because they needed a phone number transfer. They tell me great news, they got me a new line and the bill is cheaper. She gave up my truly unlimited contract I had for over a decade in exchange for an "unlimited" plan at an introductory price... I am still so saddened. Point is, you probably did sign up for it with their scummy sales tactics. They always try to sell you a new line because it's "cheaper".
Sorry that happened to you. That's scummy. Reminiscent of Wells Fargo scam
Comment on Mike Sievert’s posts on Facebook and they’ll reach out to you.
Great advice, thanks!
It’s probably a line that came with a promotion. We don’t just add unauthorized lines. Do better research before moving forward with a promotion. You’ve had it for 2-3 years the promo is finished and now you’re left w a line
How did you not notice it until now?
