Hi All, I do not have my bachelors but have product experience through assignments and I'm currently in a role within the same Band as a PM. I'm looking to move into product and wondering if there is anyone that can help with interview preparation (what to expect) for potential APM/PM Interviews. If there is someone internal, I'd love to find a mentor within product to help me get into the space as well. #tmobileinterview #tmobile #interview # #
In the words of Andre 3000: DONT DO IT, reconsider. Or be paid below market value, your call.
What do you mean by "assignments"? Like class work? Or through actual work with other companies? T-Mo normally hires MBAs and MSs into their APM program with very few exceptions to my knowledge.
I mean I had a stretch assignment with a team in P&T for close to a year.
Oh gotcha. When I saw you said you didn't have a bachelor's yet, I thought you might have been a store employee that was working towards their degree (hence no actual product exp outside of the classroom). In this case, if you've already been with P&T to some extent, then your chances will probably be much better depending on your performance thus far. Honestly, it can go either way imo. Just study for it like any Product interview and hope for the best.
