Is the market bad enough to where I should be open to technician roles and list my minimum salary as $80k? I just graduated this December with my Master's. I'd take $50k in the Bay currently; I'm just afraid I won't be taken seriously if I put a salary that low. Profile: - 2 YOE full-time as a software engineer at General Motors in autonomous driving. Did for a year between B.S. and M.S. and during M.S. to pay for master's. - M.S. Electrical Engineering 3.7GPA, B.S. EE 3.5 - unemployed/recently graduated - 4 internships including Intel and General Motors - experience in embedded systems, autonomous driving, and AI - US Citizen, ethnically Indian - currently living at home with my family in the California central valley - resume was getting me interviews with Google and Waymo prior to Master's when economy was good TC: 55k (worked 6 months this year). #tech
