Back in the day… I had an offer from flipboard(Vancouver: 175k), scribd(Toronto: 185k) and shutter stock(montreal :200k).. Interviewed at few Canadian companies.. didn’t joined as they pay sucked and I found the culture really old school(just chatting during interviews). Pinterest has an office in toronto.. they should pay well( I dont know how much though). Fwiw, I never left my job and still working in Bay Area because the comp here is at another level (TC: 660k)
