Chances of passing Google hiring committee?

Talked to recruiter and she mentioned my feedback was mixed for L4, but wasn’t willing to go into specifics of each round She mentioned she’s moving on to team matching and said that a manager vouching for me would help me pass through hiring committee Has anyone been in this situation before? I’ve read the HC is very strict. Is this mostly going to be a reject? Anyone have any tips on how to do well in team matching call if I get any managers willing to talk to me? Is it even possible to get team matching calls with mixed feedback? TC: 0
