That is base, and likely with Bonus + ESPP + 401k match I would predict tc would be roughly 250k-300k maximum.
Well, if thats base then TTC can easily touch 300K just with 20% bonus plus RSUs.. i dont count 401k in any pkg
I’m a senior director in another CBG area and I’m a T4-3. My base is 204k and my TC is 288k. I don’t count 401k match or OwnSAP toward my TC.
Its not bad in SAP .. there are many who get much lower than this at T4.3

T4 is principal/manager no?
T4 Manager (IE, SDM to Senior SDM to Director to Senior Director (T4)). I did see the title Principal Manager along time ago before SAP bought concur and that was more of a Director level title.
Shouldnt senior director be T5?
