E*Trade (US) to Questrade (Canada) USD$ transfer

I live in Canada and my US company offers RSUs to E*Trade. I want to sell those US stocks in USD$ in E*Trade, and then transfer the USD$ to my Canadian Questrade account to invest in my TFSA in US stocks. What is the best way to do this?
