TC: Amazon Bay area compensation, would this be a fair offer?
3.5 YOE Software Engineer. If the interview was for l5 but was offered l4 and the following was the offer: Base: ~142,000 Bonus: First year 55k Stock: 75k worth over 4 years 5/10/40/40 TC first year ~ 200k would you think that this would be a fair offer?
Would be nice if they give you 100% of the stock

Not really fair. You can find much better offer in bay area.
I know Amazon offers much more for l4.

Amazon L4 = Google L3
Looks like a good offer for L4. Maybe you can get better in bay area from others but I don't think Amazon will give you more.
It is okayish for Amazon Seattle. IMHO too low for Bay Area.

Solid L4 offer. Generally, level is decided based on your interview's performance. Did you nail the interviews?
