Good question, just guessing: $150-175K base, 10% annual bonus, $80-120K RSUs (4000 shares 4-yr vesting), no idea about signon. Probably varies from those numbers depending on specialty and work location.

Engineer with 9 years experience can get around $450k-$500k+ TC at Dropbox ($220k base, 20% bonus, $600k RSUs vesting in 4 years, 2nd year around $570k TC) or Netflix (450k base, 5% bonus)

That’s L5: question was about L4. There are criteria other than years of experience needed to land those jobs.
How much can one expect at Splunk?
For 9 yoe thats too low in oath.
