TC at Amazon AWS?
I know it’s a subjective question, and might vary across teams, but what’s the expected comp for a SDE II with 6+ yoe? Please include the breakup if you can. That’ll be very helpful. Appreciate it.

levels.fyi. In Seattle you will be offered L5 with tc anywhere between 180-220k depending on how desperate the team is. And don’t expect to get more unless you show competing offers. Breakup will be base (will be around 130-140k) + rest as sign on for first year, 2nd year will be a little lesser signon and more stock, 3rd and 4th will be no sign on and only stock. Stock vest will be 5%, 15%, 40%,40% for 4 years and does not change for any level or anyone.
