What could be the reasonable expectation for amazon L6 SDE in india. Current TC : 60L (6 million INR) Yoe : 12

42LPA is new norm for SDE2 outside hires. Even 50 is possible for SDE2 hires which were downleveled after interview.

OP what is the break up of 60 lpa TC. Mentioning range will work. Is it for staff or senior engineer role in Walmart ?
Easily 85(base-45) possible. First offer could be 70(base-40). With good interview feedback, counter offers and negotiation skills, could go upto 1Cr.
