AWS ML HW vs Arista HW
Hello All, I’m currently debating between an offer from AWS ML HW team and Arista HW team. Arista is into networking products (routers/switchs) while AWS team is into ML HW. TC offered at both the company is very similar. I’m unable to understand which company should I join? Should I go into ML HW now at AWS or wait for ML to mature and join Arista for good culture. I’m really having hard time deciding what to do. I would highly appreciate any help from the community. Current TC: 200k TC at Arista: 240k TC at Amazon: 255k #hardware #arista #ML #Networking

Thanks a lot for the reply. Can you please tell a bit about PIP culture at AWS? I have heard it is better at AWS compare to rest of Amazon as AWS makes lot of money?
I was hw eng I would pick ml if you want future proof. Their ml is based on arm and it's basically much nicer to work than networking / switching
