Teslas are not helping the environment at all. Let's be real. There isn't enough power on the grid to support all the vehicles first of all. Second, you know how much fossil fuels are used to create a whole new fleet of electric vehicles for the public. Not to mention the new infrastructure needed to have a place to produce the vehicles. Everything that Tesla stands for is fighting climate change yet their production methods produce as much or more toxic emissions that they are trying to combat in the first place! Teslas are a scam! Do you agree?

The man I love hates me because I’m Vietnamese
I'm trying to explain this to people but they don't get it. No one wants to read!
Ironic, given that reading and thirty seconds on Google is all it takes to prove this for the bullshit that it is.
Next big scam is, he has announced a date for robotaxis in August 2024. The stock is beaten, he just wants to give the market to keep them engaged in this robotaxi bs, so that the stock price is justified. I still don’t get it, at the end of the day, you are still a company which far builds cars, and still have a valuation of all other car companies combined. Fanboys will be fanboys, defending Tesla, as it’s not a car company but a tech company. That’s just bs
Cruise is a scam
Thats just the MLM flavour in all the operation. Buy my car and the car will then make money for you without the need to work lmao
The point is to separate energy production from energy consumption. That’s what EVs do. Then you can pivot energy production to something like nuclear without having to install a nuclear reactor in every car. On that front, Tesla’s been extremely successful. Idk what more you can ask for
Except, it's not. Let's not even talk about how production and consumption are already separated with gasoline/diesel/LNG/propane/etc (with great success). We don't need an oil refinery in every car. That same gallon of gas can power a generator, a car, a mower, anything with a compatible engine.
How about the location of energy generation instead of comparing production and combustion. In ICE the generation is in the car (engine), whereas in EVs, the generation is in the power plant (coal, nuclear, solar, etc). So once this is separated, then yes there also needs to be a shift to sustainable energy generation. Coal and oil are both not sustainable.
I’m a bike commuter chad 🤷♂️
I was going to type based, but I saw you work for L&M. Granted I work for AWS so idk what’s worse. So I guess, based.

Surprised how ignorant people are, watch this video and use your judgement https://youtu.be/1oVrIHcdxjA?si=oIysc77kWosgjp1f
OP is prob short on Tesla and salty 😂
This^^
Battery materials mined by little kids in some third world country. Battery waste sewage drained into CA San Fran water supply so all those in the bay drink it. Tesla price deflation. U.S. buyers still paying more for the same Tesla sold in China. This company is becoming like the DuPont……..
where do your phone materials come from? Lol
☝️exactly this point. Intel is a hypocrite
Tesla stock is going down bigul!
Lolyou have tesla puts don't you?
I drive a Tesla and I did not buy it for the environment. "Climate change" is a scam. But it is simply the cheapest car with adequate performance.
This makes sense. Environmental benefits can be questionable but it has fundamentally shifted perception of cars that an SUV can be a ferrari level sports car.
There are some very quick gas SUVs too. For example, the RSQ8. However, for those who stay below speed limit + 10, a Tesla delivers super car level quickness for the price of a mainstream car. Obviously, Tesla will not handle as well as a 911 under some circumstances, and it is not designed to win races in tracks.
Yes
LMAO you're one to talk
Nobody overrates GM though
