Should I take this role? Feel like TC is low balled.
I just got an offer from Transunion for G4, Manager level(high performance). Base-150k +15% annual bonus + 10k sign-on No RSUs. Can promote to director level based on performance in 6 months #remotework Please help! How should I structure the TC? Yoe- 8yrs Current Tc- 140k #salarynegotiation #compensation #techcareer #tech
25k raise with 10k sign on bonus with career pathing available. Seems like a logical move.
