Hi Everyone, I got 2 offers for Senior Tech Recruiter: 1. Uber: base salary is: $100,300 equity: 31,900 bonus: 11,250 sign on: 31,250 (split sign on with 2 year clawback) 2. Helix: Base Salary: $150,000 Sign-on: $15,000 Equity: $17,500 Which one should I go for?

Uber. Nobody knows Helix and nobody cares about it. Don’t ever lower your standards. Always move up, not down
Helix is 25k more/ yr. Take that
But Helix is unknown
So I am really worried about it
