Accenture offer
Got an offer from Accenture for full stack dev: 135k base 10k sign on Anyone have any insight to how flexible they could possibly be with base and sign on? Not going to accept the offer unless there is a meaningful change (~30k more in first year comp). TC:115k YOE:3

Awesome. Interactive has the $$$$ so if you are willing to walk maybe ask 160ish? I’ve only been here 4 months but at the pace things have gone I sometimes wonder if I could’ve secured 160

I think I needed to see this thread today. I was hired on last year at L9, Austin area, 95k base and 5k sign on. Promoted this year to L8 125k, and 5k bonus. Darn I thought I was doing well. :(
I got the same offer in Cloud Native org at LA location

You can negotiate your base. Negotiate for 125k at least
Im level 7 at less than 120k.. i guess im underpaid? Application development manager..im home grown
It depends what org you are sitting. Digital is one of high paying category ones. At level 9, abt 4 years ago I was offered 125k base.( with Phd)
