I see a ton of openings for the product team at ringcentral. has anything changed since the last few posts from last year on the culture of the company? Thanks in advance!
Fucked up HR, offices in Russia, Odessa, China. Little to no development here. Good food and office, stock doing great but it's in dreaded telco space.
Very bad culture. Absolutely no wfh ever. No training budget or career development paths. Managers are extremely inexperienced in people management.
What team are you referencing?
The RingCentral HQ in Belmont is exactly what he’s describing. It’s an incredibly toxic place. Filled with liars and deceit. I’m counting down to November so I can leave once I’ve collected all my RSU.
RingCentral is a great place to work.
