TIBCO Layoffs 2020 & Motivation
Considering the current layoffs, no focal reviews, no bonus, COVID 19, management being very casual about the cut down, do you feel motivated to work? How are you keeping up with all the mess going on in the company?
surprised to see little to no response from current employees.
What is going on right now? Do you think more layoffs around the corner?
They announced layoffs couple of weeks back, a lot of people are affected. They are cutting down resources in US and planning to move most of the workforce to India & Vietnam.
Definitely I feel every TIBCO employee is looking for better opportunity. Even I am!!
It feels like most everyone has been checked out all summer. I feel like everyone is searching for a new job. Although apparently the Marketing teams are feeling hunky dory... Of course.
Can you describe more about what is going on. Currently an intern trying to understand more
Honest advice, dont join TIBCO for full time position. You can easily get a lot more better opportunities somewhere else.Many current TIBCO employees would agree on this.
