Anyone know much about this company? Its culture, pay structure, etc? Apparently Ericsson purchased them last month.
This place is run like the wild, Wild West. There has been a lot of corruption and ethical violations. Pay is well below average and benefits are horrible. The head of HR has been fired from multiple jobs before coming to Cradlepoint. Stay with the bigger, more stable companies with a lot better benefits and pay and not Cradlepoint.
I can't speak to ethical violations, but can say their pay blows and they act like it's competitive. Totally taking advantage of good talent for low pay. Wouldn't recommend unless you like getting paid for less than you are worth. Also it's pretty lame, nothing really cool being built IMO
Got any responses , any info is greatly appreciated.
We never even made it through the screen because their budget for the position was very low. They're based out of Idaho so their pay scale for remote jobs cannot come close to matching the Bay.
