Why would you come to T-Mobile? There have been layoffs recently and more to come. Culture has become too much toxic. Leadership is cutting costs, projects are losing funding. Most of the teams have hiring freeze.
They are laying off almost every quarter . That’s the plan . Hope you are aware
And major parts of the digital infrastructure is being outsourced...
I would advise looking elsewhere, unless you live within a moderate walking distance of a TMUS office and are doing it for the exercise.

It really depends on why T-Mobile, proximity? If that's her only reason she may want to reconsider her options. Being honest, because quite frankly, there's no job security, and the SLT is blind to any real issues, and cares only about making Wall Street happy because it makes their bonuses bigger and makes their stock holdings grow. All hands meetings are nothing more than cheerleaders hosting pep rallies,, and the number of lay-offs are only getting larger.
Yes she is not working. So anything is better than nothing. Proximity is a bonus not a deciding factor. :)
