how about RSU's ?
Depends on the job grade. If 31, around 100k, 32 around 120k, 33 around 140k. Signup (again depends but around 25-65k), performance bonus 20-30% of your base salary.
What are the position or yoe for the above job grades
Interesting 31 is engineer 32 is sr engineer 33 is principal engineer. I received a verbal offer from them for 100k as a 32, but quickly countered that because my base is higher than that currently. Whats your thoughts on stress level/work culture there? In my interview they asked 3 different stress type behavioral questions which was kind of strange.
