Anyone know what it’s like to work at Fannie Mae? What is it like being a designer there?
There are plenty of ex Fannie Mae folks in NOVA
Lot of cap 1 folks here
Currently a member of the design team ask away
How's TC?
It’s good, for my roles it’s like 30k less than SF which is the norm. I have a unique background that caught their eye focus. Most others are more typical GA or M.Des types.
As company it is good but there are some really bad teams over and kill individual resources for their personal gain. I had a very bad experience with my Indian lead and Indian manager. Better be watchful before you pick the job

What happens when most of your team is Indian?
Is this a government agency? FinTech?
Neither, it's in this weird limbo between private and govt, maybe slightly more private than the fed? Has to do with mortgages. Op toy might search on WSO for more info
