Doordash would be the move then if wfh means a lot to you - which it does to many. Pretty sure ICE is back to hybrid.

Not at ICE anymore but the managers don't get equity anymore and they will not be flexible around wfh.

Haha I know that's why I took it out because I knew if I put the TC's, people would just flock to the highest one, even if it was just a dollar difference.
