As an HR business partner how do you keep your work bandwidth in control so as to not get too burned out?

How do you manage in case the work crosses your bandwidth and how do you communicate to the relevant stakeholders in case theres too much on your plate already?

Listen, we all use the lingo at work, but you don't have to do it here... That being said, you do the same thing anyone overwhelmed with their work does - you talk with your boss about your "bandwidth issues"...

Well this person is clearly an out of the box thinker, but we need to table the dynamic accolades for now. Focus must be centered on cultivating cross functional accountability with a holistic approach to actualization. Doing so that all of us can espouse the best practices to become true catalysts for change and embrace frictionless quick wins. It’ll really streamline the paradigm changing hyper scale communication deliverables that drive impactful core competencies.
