I am SWE and my TC is 400k. So I am sure they are earning more than 500k 😅

I bet its only bcos of acquisition and they didnt give you 400k target comp. Am I right? Note: am not belittling. Just checking.

Yes ur right, they gave me 300+ when I joined. Because of the stock appreciation it reached 400. What I am saying is even with my initial offer, a director should be above 500
