Tableau vs Oracle Analytics Cloud

I'm talking to both companies for a PM role. Wanted to get a sense of the work culture at Tableau (Salesforce) and the general nature of the PM org. It's been a while since I was at Oracle, reaching out to some folks there for similar info.
