Taking Anti-Bullying Training After Amazon

Started a new job and so a new training. Skipped the videos and went directly to the test. Identified only 40% of bullying examples correctly as bullying… They consider normal Amazon practices like “Loudly criticizing somebody’s performance in front of peers” or “Make someone do meaningless tasks” as bullying. Those were daily practices in my org. YOE: 10 TC: 535

Wow. Which company is this btw which makes you take an anti-bullying training? Sounds like a good idea

Walmart FIREight Nov 29, 2021

It's less training and more of a "Which guy is willing to put up with our shit" test. You passed, so enjoy your meaningless work for high TC. It's normal, right?

Please go back to Amazon and stay there forever.

This honestly seems like a good idea. There should be a no a-hole policy.

Shouldn’t that occur before hiring?

Seems like the new job is in a wuss company where everyone just agrees with each other instead of having an open criticism culture. 😛

50 + trainings -- none for bullying or laws lmao
