Tax for prior ESPP stock

Hi Guys. I have my 5yr old MS ESPP stocks in fidelity when working in India and now I’m a UK tax resident. When selling this stock now, which country am I supposed to declare Capital Gain tax. And is it dependent on the fact that whether I’m sending the proceeds to UK or to India. Thanks
