I am kind of willing to overlook this one. You need a big jet to fly over Pacific Ocean because of safety concerns/regulations. Really short time gap between her concert in Japan and the Super Bowl. I don’t have problem if she did use her jet a little more judiciously. She’s got the money, there are currently no regulations regarding individual carbon footprint. The instances where she insists her jet flies empty(and it’s a big jet) to pick her or her friends/loved ones up and than drops her is pretty extravagant where a charter of a more appropriate sized jet can easily serve the purpose. And it’s not like you can buy carbon credits that offset the emissions. Jet fuel emissions contain nox, benzene, lead and other harmful gasses. Then there is the hypocrisy where we as public are guilted into being more eco-conscious, told to even avoid flying commercial and reduce our overall footprint whereas elites get to literally fly over the rest of us.
