I’m about to get an offer from JFrog for High Touch Customer Support role (kinda TAM) Glassdoor has nasty reviews. Most seem to come from sales and licensing / “customer success ” New High Touch manager seems really human and kind. So what is the real scoop? Is JFrog a nasty place full of Israeli hard asses? Demanding overtime? Racist? Dehumanizing? Where upper management rules by fear? Or is there a chance that new management in customer support (not customer success ) will make a difference?
One of my friend used to work there and I couldn’t believe they are not being sued for the things they do and say inside the company. Product is self selling that’s why the company is growing. Also the positive glass door reviews are written by HR as per my friend who by the way left the company in 6 months. I would say avoid going there.
Was your friend in sales?
Yes sales/customer success
OP, did you end up joining? Any idea on the product side of the house?
Don’t join. It’s a toxic place and they just don’t allow any sort of flexibility at all. I’ve been hearing bad news about the place. Product is too good.
Israeli run - says it all! I’d stay away!
Give it a shot, but it Glassdoor reviews have more than say 100 reviews and have a bad percentage, be wary
