Free cellphone along with monthly bills paid by the company. $1000 health and fitness bonus which can be used for a lot of things. Really good 401k match, 125% upto 10k per year. Cash spotlights, essentially getting cash rewards when someone sends a kudos to you. Easily able to make 2-3k per year in this. Pretty decent WLB. Source: ex Intuit.
They upped the wellness bonus to $1300 and it can be used on pretty much anything. Also $100/mo internet reimbursement
