Team match time at google ?
How long is team match taken in google , I am hitting a month after HC approval and I didn’t like most of the teams and some of the teams didn’t like me ....would the offer be rescinded if no match is found ? Should I just choose a team matching that I wasn’t too enthusiastic about
OP, Can you opt for positions outside of EU ?
Been there. I agreed on some ok team and got the offer but ended up not taking it. 1.5 years later they reached out and said the offer still holds and is only need to do another round of team match no interview if I wanted to switch. Not a bad backup strategy to have if things don’t work out so I recommend settling for a team just to get the offer...
Same status got the offer , but still team matching ..for majority I said yes and their head counts disappeared
Hey OP, how do you know whether the teams liked you or not? My recruiter hasn’t given me any feedback on my team match talks. They only asked me how it went and said they’d circle back with them.

I had talks with them last week. When did you find out about your rejects/no rejects?

I know somebody who did not get a match. He ended up not getting an offer.
Same here. it’s been 7 months, still no offer. My recruiter says that my application is still open. I’m hoping that there’ll be something for me this quarter since the headcount is being finalized. If i were you, i’d take any offer and change the team after a year.
