Team matching before hiring committee
Had my on-site with Google NYC on Monday. Reviews came back a mixed bag. 3 interviewers were positive and 2 negative so the recruiter is putting me through the team matching phase before sending it to the hiring committee. It seems that this isn’t the common path... anyone have experience with this? How was the outcome?
my friend went through this same procedure. he got matched with a team but then didn't get through hiring committee. recruiter then suggested he go in for another round of interviews for l3 instead of l4. he went in for two more interviews and got an offer the day after
What does l3 mean? And how long did they have to wait to interview again?
L3 is fresh grad
So requesting a second round of interviews for the lower level seems doable, what do you guys think are the odds to request an additional round for a higher level?
