Netflix only hires experienced engineers
I’m a newgrad
Then go study leetcode
As much as it sucks, if you’re a new grad the major companies are basically only hiring you via whiteboard, and the only way to get around it is a small local job. This is because whiteboard acts on a baseline of 30+ years of CS courses thought in school, and every college teaches these algorithms / problem solving skills. I used to be terrible at them too, but if you really have the drive to work at a startup or big N company, you’ll grind leetcode out and get to a final round of at least one.
