Indeed has the worst product management philosophy I've seen in my entire career. EVERYTHING is about micro-tweaks and spending a ton of time gathering insignificant metrics which aren't even accurate. The status quo is dozens of teams launching micro-iterations, stepping on each others' toes, with no coherent direction. The different tests routinely interfere with one another because there is no robust multi-variate testing matrices to compare different combinations of tests. It's fucking free-for-all testing that depends on politics and negotiations between teams built atop of duct tape piece-of-shit tech debt-ridden infrastructure.
The company has no culture of risk taking so when the company artificially expands itself to pursue a new business model it has always failed. No one in the leadership understands how to grow the company besides increasing headcount. All the company has managed to do is increase headcount 10X while increasing the scope only 1-2X. There have been a few larger initiatives that have all failed in the past several years. However the leadership is never held accountable for these failures.

Hey thanks a lot for your opinion. This is very useful. Are u in Product? Planning to leave soon? I’m in the loop but not sure about if I’ll make a move even if I get it as I am not sure of company’s long term plans

Yes in product. Leaving as soon as I can (waiting on immigration stuff). No one at the company even knows what the long-term plans are.

There isn't a rule saying I can't, so if you don't have anything useful to say, get lost
