It's really frustrating that for the kind of professional training I've got the only career options I have are in organizations operating on capitalist, oppressing frameworks, whose only concern is yielding disproportional amounts of money to a handful of execs. I'd love to know if there are organizations out there with interesting technical problems that operate on a communist, fair and democratic framework and that also pays well. L5 430k 15yoe Clearly needed edit: I'm talking about the theoretical communism, not the terribly executed attempts so far like what [your favorite dictator here] did.
Wait, you mean like master Xi Jinping and his obviously "not well compensated" execs who do deals fully out of the good of their hearts (and totally to line their own pockets)? Name a successful "communist" tech company without an "oppressive framework" and then people can actually discuss the ideas here, would be very interested in the discourse.
Oh dear you have no idea how well compensated are Xi's reports. Don't be surprised if they make 10b tc a year
Lol that's my point Jmps ✌️😂
Join us comrade. https://www.fsf.org/
hello OP said that they must pay well and doesn't understand that money doesn't exist in communism
Lmao good luck with that. Why don’t you practice some of that communism you’re preaching and send me over my equal share of OUR 430k TC comrade?
Yes please split evenly sir
Because that's not what communism preaches. Means of production are shared, not individual income or goods. Sorry that Hollywood and yankee propaganda taught you wrong.
the only worker owned software company I know of is the developers of the video game Dead Cells. I think they're French though?
Most software companies give equity now, that's leaps and bounds ahead of communism for "shared wealth" plus way more incentive
depends on what you're looking for. sounds like OP wants a place to work where the ICs have a proportional voice on the company's goals, culture, investments, and community impact. if you're just looking for $$, then yeah, go for equity.
Ok so after your edit - you want to use theoretical examples to prove a point? Is that how you build products? Give us an MVP or at least a counterargument to "captalist oppressive frameworks" and how they'd operate? (And how much less would you make than $430k and how would you feel about that?)
I don't have any example, that's exactly what I'm asking about with my post. As TC, Is like to continue earning around the same level of income.
You don’t have any examples because there aren’t any. There aren’t any because it doesn’t work.
Have you tried tencent, Ali baba, or huawei?
😂😂👍👍👍
+ baidu, JD, PDD
Xi
OP would prefer if you didn't use examples of failed communism only the best undocumented communism
Failed?
Communist and democratic framework at the same Time? Lol
Let me guess: your definition of Communism comes from Hollywood?
No it actually comes from a partner who comes from a communist nation and books of Karl Marx. Not something which is being raved and taught about in some of institutions
