Tech for small time property management

This is to people who manage investment properties: I like to pay bills online. My rent is the only bill I have to pay with a check. Small landlords are low tech. I prefer small landlords but I prefer making electronic payments. I’m a landlord for a small rental. I tell tenants to send a check directly to my bank. Also, I do all my books manually in excel. The only tech I use is to send copies of receipts to cloud storage or my desktop. Most contractors are paid by check or cash (I use bill pay). Many paper receipts and invoices get scanned/photographed and then texted or emailed to me Is there some great app for small landlords that I’m just not hearing about? To run this rental I have to: Draw up leases Provide lead paint informational pamphlets Process applications through a 3rd party Store or at least handle personal identifiable information in applications Charge application fees Pay the property manager Write rental ads Receive receipts Issue reimbursement payments Track complaints/repairs to resolution Provide a bunch of data to my accountant in some organized fashion Pay utilities Collect rent Pay taxes, mortgage, insurance Maybe this question belongs on Quora
