Question about women in their 30’s?
Are you talking about a rep or sales Engineer/Solutions Architect? Reps are typically on a 50/50 split (base/commissions). Some places cap commissions near 1-1.5 million. As a rep, it’s much easier to go on a PiP if you’re not making your number. Depending on the stage of the company, you’ll get some RSU’s. You would also work from home.
Thank you! Anyone here from MS or AMZN sales rep dept?
