Hey everyone! I'm beyond thrilled at getting a Google offer for their TAM role. It's a dream come true for me. I haven't accepted it yet as I also have a Facebook Onsite for data science (product). Can someone walk me through the culture at Google and gcp? And if anyone else has experience as a Tam or has worked with them, please let me know what to expect and how to excel in the role. Can't speak specifically to the TAM role, but culture at GCP is great in my opinion. Solid leadership at the top and a real hunger to grow the business in typical Google 10x ways. One thing to know about GCP in general is that it is rapidly (I mean really rapidly) growing and things change all the time. Not in a bad way, just in a high-growth way. The more entrepreneurial you are the more success you will find. Orgs in high-growth phases need leaders and people who want to get shit done. If you take the initiative and drive for results you will do great. As a TAM, it will be especially important to build relationships at Google. Everyone here is awesome but often reserved or just heads-down busy. Take the initiative and introduce yourself to people. Grab coffee with folks. Build your network and you will do great.

There was a recruiter screen a role related knowledge through hangouts for 1 hour. Then a final round with 3 45 minute video interviews for cognitive ability, a case study and googleyness
