Hi, May i please know the total comp for Construction Project Manager that can be expected at Tesla? YOE : 8+

$130 base ish + equity for PMs, P4-Staff = $150+

How much is the equity? Also is that construction for new factories or what exactly?
Probably between $80-$150 equity, I’m P2 so I’m not sure. Construction of the production lines and the factory… i mean yeah they’re building a new factory in Mexico but the other factories are also under constant construction.
For a construction PM? I’m going to guess $120-150k tops. If it’s for a senior or director level, then $150k - $200k+ With 8 years of experience, you should be more senior BUT take what you can.
Is 200k+ total comp or just salary?
